Somewhere in Dubai there is a file with a burnt neutral in it. Not the villa's file, the company's: a job record, photographs, the torque check, the technician's name, the date. Most maintenance companies in this city create no such file, and the difference between those two approaches is the entire reason this company exists and this page explains it.
Straight answers, before you book.
Yes, our technicians are directly employed by European Technical, not subcontracted per job. It matters because an employed technician carries our training, our standards and our accountability into your villa, and returns to your property with knowledge of its history. A subcontractor paid per visit has no stake in whether the work lasts beyond the invoice. If something is not right, you deal with the company that did it, which is the only version of accountability worth having.
Call us and say so. We reattend, review the job record and photographs, and put it right if the work falls short of what was quoted. Because every job is documented with the technician's name, the findings and the materials used, disputes become a matter of evidence rather than argument. This is deliberate. A company with no records can only shrug. We would rather fix the job than defend it, and the records exist so that neither of us has to take anyone's word for anything.
Both. We work with individual villa owners, landlords living abroad, and property managers handling portfolios across Dubai. For managed properties we provide consolidated visit reporting, photographs and fixed quotes per property, so owners receive the same documentation they would get dealing with us directly. Occupied and vacant properties have different maintenance priorities, particularly around drainage and AC before handover, and we schedule accordingly.
