The lights dim every time the pump starts. The cheap electrician tightens a terminal and leaves; the symptom stops for three months and returns at 2am as a burnt neutral in the distribution board. Electrical faults in villas almost never appear suddenly. They announce themselves quietly first, and the market usually charges you to not listen.
Straight answers, before you book.
Turn off every tap and appliance in the villa, then watch your water meter for fifteen minutes. If the dial is still moving, water is going somewhere it should not, and the next step is isolating sections of the system to narrow down which run is responsible. Look also for warm patches on floors, continuous pump cycling, and a hot water tap that runs cold for longer than it used to. Any of these justify a professional leak detection visit with proper instruments.
Once, to see if it was a one-off, is acceptable. Repeatedly resetting a breaker that keeps tripping is not, because the breaker is doing exactly its job: telling you a fault exists on that circuit. Forcing it on repeatedly risks the wiring or appliance the breaker is protecting. Note what was running when it tripped and which circuit it is, switch it off, and book an inspection. We test circuits with instruments to find the actual fault rather than swapping breakers speculatively.

Many villas do not need a rewire; they need load balancing, a modernised DB board and a couple of dedicated circuits for today's appliances.
