Water is coming through the kitchen ceiling and the light fitting below it is still on. Right now you do not need a brochure, you need to know what counts as an emergency, what to switch off in the next five minutes, and how long help will take. This page covers all three, and our number is at the bottom.
Straight answers, before you book.
Yes, out-of-hours callouts carry a higher rate, and we tell you the figure on the phone before dispatching anyone. We do not hide it in the invoice afterwards. The rate covers the response and the make-safe work only; the permanent repair is quoted separately at standard rates once the situation is stable and you have had time to consider it without water dripping through your ceiling.
Probably not, if nobody vulnerable is in the house and the indoor temperature is still tolerable. Switch the failed unit off at its isolator and book a standard slot, which is usually next day and considerably cheaper. If there are infants, elderly residents or anyone medically affected by heat, tell us that on the phone and we treat it as urgent. Dubai summer heat is the deciding factor, so we assess it case by case rather than applying a fixed rule.
Most emergencies are stabilised on the first visit, but permanent repair sometimes needs parts that are not on the van. In that case we make the situation safe, identify the part, source it from Dubai suppliers, usually within a day or two, and give you a fixed quote for the complete repair. You pay the callout for the response and diagnosis, and nothing further until you approve the quoted work.
