What Things Cost, and Why We Quote That Way

The free inspection arrives, the technician spends ten minutes looking, and the quote appears only after your pump is in pieces on the plant room floor. At that point the number is whatever the number is, and you both know it. This page explains our pricing model in full, including the part most companies would rather not print: the 200 dirham fee.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

When exactly is the 200 dirham inspection fee refunded?

The fee is refunded in full when you proceed with the work we quote following the inspection. It is deducted from your invoice, so you do not pay the fee and then claim it back. If you decide not to proceed, or you take the quote elsewhere, the fee stands as payment for the diagnosis, the findings report and the photographs, all of which remain yours to use.

Are there any charges that appear on the invoice later?

No hidden lines. The quote states the work, the parts and the total. If concealed conditions emerge once work has started, we stop, photograph, and issue a revised fixed quote for your approval before continuing. Travel is included from the start and never appears as a separate charge. The only additions possible are items you request after the original quote, and those are priced for your approval before anyone touches them.

Do you offer payment plans or credit terms?

Standard practice is payment on completion of work, by card or transfer, with the invoice itemising labour and parts separately. For larger projects such as major rewires, renovations or multi-villa portfolio work, staged payments tied to defined milestones can be arranged and agreed in writing before work begins. We do not ask for deposits on standard repairs, and any company asking for large sums up front for a tap replacement deserves the suspicion that request creates.
