The AC stops on a Friday night in August. You call the emergency rate, wait four hours in a 36-degree house, and pay three times the normal price for a repair that a 30-minute inspection in March would have prevented. Reactive maintenance is the most expensive way to run a villa in Dubai, and most owners only discover this by paying for it twice.
Straight answers, before you book.
Contract pricing depends on villa size, the number of AC units, whether there is a pool, and how many scheduled visits you want. We quote after a first inspection rather than guessing, because a four-unit townhouse and a seven-bedroom villa in Emirates Hills are not the same job. The 200 dirham inspection fee is refunded against the contract if you proceed. Most owners choose either two or four scheduled visits a year.
You call and we respond, with contract customers getting priority scheduling and reduced callout rates. Emergency calls are prioritised the same day, typically within two to four hours. If the failure relates to something our scheduled visits should have caught, we put that right as part of the contract. That is the point of having one company accountable for the whole system rather than a rotating cast of anonymous technicians.
Yes, with 30 days notice, and we refund the unused portion of scheduled visits on a pro-rata basis. We do not lock villa owners into contracts they no longer want, because a contract held under protest does not maintain a house well. If you cancel and later return, your villa history stays on file, so nothing is lost. The terms are stated in writing before you sign anything.
