You can book a single job with no contract. We carry out plenty of one-off repairs for villa owners across Dubai. An annual contract only makes sense when your property needs regular AC servicing, seasonal checks and someone keeping a running history of the systems. If you call for one leaking tap, we will fix the tap and not pitch you a contract you do not need.
We supply them. Our technicians carry common spares for major AC brands and standard plumbing and electrical components, and anything unusual is sourced from Dubai suppliers, usually within one to two days. We quote parts at cost plus a stated margin, listed separately on your invoice. If you prefer to supply a specific part yourself, we will fit it, though we cannot warranty items we have not supplied.
